If you are looking to understand the theories of optical quantum relativity or other scientific topics raised by Einstein, the best way for you is to refer to his own articles. Of course, some parts of his scientific articles are not understandable for non-specialists, but most of them are understandable. Einstein prided himself on presenting his ideas in a way that was understandable to everyone.
