In this book, Liddle Hart (1895-1970), a historian of history, tries to explain what "history", specifically history, is for and how we can learn from it. Liddle Hart himself had a hand in politics and was in the press with high-ranking British officials. In this work, based on his personal experiences and numerous historical testimonies, he gives teachings and claims that if the leaders of the government follow these teachings, they can emerge from new wars and calamities in this earth, and they are. . In an age when governments are struggling to make nuclear bombs, Liddll hart believes that history has a fundamental value for every person, because it is the result of "long and collective" experience.
