Persian translation of poems of the Spanish poet, Juan Ramon Jimenez (1881-1958) and what is understanding from the end of the book is that he was defeated in his two marriages and then creates Platero and talks with it. It is a little gentle donkey with lignite eyes. In these poems, Platero with riding Jimenez went to see the Andolocia's sights and sunset; they ride in the rain and plucked wild flowers and avoid socializing with other citizens. In this book the poet tells his memories and observations to an imaginary addressee, named "Platero".

ترجمه حاضر برگرداني از اشعار منثور "خوان رامون خيمنس" (1958 - 1881) شاعر اسپانيايي است و آنگونه كه در اواخر كتاب معلوم مي شود، خيمنس به دنبال دو شكستي كه در عشق و روابط زناشويي خود متحمل شده، "پلاترو" را خلق مي كند و با او سخن مي گويد. پلاترو دراز گوش كوچولويي است سفيد رنگ با چشماني شبه گون و رفتاري آرام و خوشايند. در اين اشعار، پلاترو، خيمنس را بر پشت خود به تماشاي چشم اندازهاي آندلس مي برد، با هم غروب آفتاب را تماشا مي كنند، زير باران مي تازند، گل هاي وحشي را مي چينند و از مصاحبت همشهريان پرهيز مي كنند. در اين كتاب شاعر مشاهدات، تاملات و خاطرات گذشته خويش را براي يك مخاطب خيالي كه پلاترو نام دارد تعريف مي كند.
