In the writer's opinion "palace" and "jail" are the two heads of "policy" that they show power naked. These two are also the both sides of a coin, it means that if in one of them corruption is more in the second the human rights are more renege. If the corruption fulls the palace, strangulation became complete and the prison became the place for freedom-loving persons.

به نظر نويسنده "كاخ" و "زندان" دو سر طيف "سياست" هستند كه در آنها "قدرت، لخت و عريان" در معرض ديد قرار دارد. اين دو همچنين دو روي يك سكه محسوب مي شوند، به اين معنا كه هر چه فساد در اولي بيشتر رسوخ مي كند، حقوق انسانها در دومي بيشتر نقض مي شود. وقتي فساد در كاخ به مطلق شدن ميل مي كند، اختناق نيز كامل و زندان محل استقرار آزاديخواه ترين انسانها خواهد شد.
