Batal Al Fuqaat: Arabic 2011

This is a funny story of a little boy who is mystified by his ability to break wind. ‘The bubbles ‘ in his tummy, as he calls them, are strong enough to bring walls down and keep everyone away. Flowers wrinkle as he passes them and birds fly high up the sky to escape. He tries to hide in places in order to let them out but on a single day, he finds no place to hide. His tummy bloats and looks like a helium balloon. He begins to rise up from the ground until his mother saves him. This incident makes him famous and he then starts to be known as The Bubble Hero in the media. The Bubble Hero is a humorous story tackling what adults consider a taboo and children find amusing and would easily relate to for the purpose of laughter and entertainment.
