An image in a poem is an expression that gives movement to the mental images resulting from the poet's sensory perceptions, which come from his subconscious mind, so that the reader feels that he sees, touches, smells or hears something in a distinct way. A poem often evokes excitement by creating a range of images, in such a way that the reader is not affected by the meaning of the poem as much as he is stimulated by subtle emotions. The present book is dedicated to examining the images of Hafez's poetry and their description; In this way, the images that Hafez created in his poems in the form of similes, metaphors, recognitions and symbols were extracted and organized based on the letters of the alphabet. Also, if a word or combination needs an explanation, it is briefly described under the same word. In the description of the words, first the nouns and then the combinations are given. Since one of Hafez's innovations is the creation of two or more sided images, a separate chapter titled "Two or more sided similes and metaphors" has been included.
