In the era of globalization, the concept of citizenship has become a purely economic situation, which is actually a reflection of the famous sentence of Thatcher, who believed that "there is no such thing as society". Citizens now gradually become a mere economic reality without any social content. Owners of wealth and large incomes still have the rights of "citizenship", they have security and peace, and health and educational facilities are available for them. And those who do not have these rights, not only do not benefit from these rights, but they are not only identified as criminals by public communication tools and politicians, who are the cause and responsible for all social sufferings. In other words, in industrial capitalist societies, the population of the north is divided into two groups, citizens and criminals. When the category of citizenship is reduced to economic status, those who are outside the desired orbit are gradually thrown out of the political process. It is probably for this reason that sometimes they lean to the right and sometimes to the left and sometimes they are infatuated with endless rebellions.
