The status of women in Islam has always been of interest. With the advent of Islam, women gained the right to individual property, and their social rights improved. The Prophet of Islam (PBUH) swore allegiance to women under certain conditionsbyh the divine command and, based on that allegiance, made women partners in political affairs and social and economic affairs. Since Islamic law has made differences in the duties, rights, and roles of women and men based on their creative characteristics, the following textbook has been prepared as a teaching resource for the field of women's studies to explain these topics.
