Emaduddin Baghi (born on May 5, 1341) is a historian, human rights activist, former political prisoner and critical journalist in the Islamic Republic of Iran. He is the chairman and founder of the Committee for the Defense of Prisoners' Rights, and the author of the textbook of contemporary history of Iranian high schools in the late seventies.

عمادالدین باقی (زاده ۵ اردیبهشت ۱۳۴۱) تاریخدان، فعال حقوق بشر، زندانی سیاسی سابق و روزنامه‌نگار منتقد در جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. وی رئیس و بنیان‌گذار کمیته دفاع از حقوق زندانیان، و نویسنده کتاب درسی تاریخ معاصر دبیرستان‌های ایران در اواخر دهه هفتاد است.
