پاسخگويي به سؤالات طرح شده و تبيين و تحليل تحول گفتمان سياسي شيعه از آغاز عصر غيبت تا آغاز جمهوري اسلامي موضوع اصلي اين نوشتار است. در اين پژوهش تلاش مي شود با بررسي كتب، مقالات، اسناد و عملكردهاي انديشمندان شيعه در طي دوران بعد از غيبت (329 ق.) به اين مهم توجه شود كه آيا طي اين دوره تحولي جدي در انديشه سياسي شيعه در قالب بيان احكام، مفاهيم وگزاره هاي جديد پديد آمده يا آنچه امروز در قالب مباحث سياسي عنوان مي شود همان است كه فرضاً در قرن چهارم نيز عنوان شده است
