The book Divan of Yaghi’s Ghazals is a work by Dr. Abdolkarim Sohrabi, a contemporary researcher and poet who, in this collection, reanimates the spirit of Persian lyricism through a profound and poetically refined voice. The poems move along the threshold between tradition and innovation, where words come alive in the intensity of love, mysticism, and the poet’s lived experience.

The pen name “Yaghi” (“Rebel”) symbolizes a free-spirited poet liberated from conventional constraints, one who reinterprets the ghazal form anew.
