کتاب «شادی؛ داستانی از پرواز PS752» نخستین اثر گرافیکی مستقل درباره فاجعه پرواز PS752 است؛ روایتی هنری و مستند که میکوشد تاریخ را با زبان تصویر و روایت ثبت کند. این اثر به قلم شقایق معظمی و با همراهی مانا و توکا نیستانی، ادای دینی است به جانباختگان آن پرواز و تلاشی برای زنده نگه داشتن حقیقت. کتاب با مقدمهای از حامد اسماعیلیون آغاز میشود؛ صدای بازماندهای که همسر و فرزندش را در این فاجعه از دست داد و از روزی میگوید که «اعتماد نیمبند مردم فروریخت». صدایی از دل سوگ که به دادخواهی و امید به عدالت گره خورده است. در مرکز این روایت، زندگی «شادی جمشیدی» قرار دارد؛ مهندس جوانی پرشور و عاشق زندگی که برای دیدار پدر به ایران آمده بود و در صبح هجدهم دی 1398، پروازش با موشک و خون پایان یافت. کتاب با بازگویی زندگی، رویاها و امیدهای او، از «بودن» میگوید؛ از تولد در برف تا وداع در سپیدی سرد. «شادی؛ داستانی از پرواز PS752» روایتی تأثیرگذار از عشق، فقدان و عدالتخواهی است؛ اثری برای آنان که میخواهند حقیقت این تراژدی را از دریچهای انسانی و هنری بخوانند و به یاد بسپارند.
