This office (Iran in Ottoman) oversees the efforts of Iranians in Istanbul to establish modern institutions, associations, and institutions on the path of modernism. The efforts that he tried to play the role of a supporter of modernist developments in Iran. Part of the Iranian reformers lost the possibility of fighting against the regime internally due to the many bottlenecks created by the Iranian government. Therefore, they chose Anatolia in the western neighborhood to attend and pursue their political and intellectual demands. At this time, the Ottoman government was engaged in a struggle with the modernists who sought to make fundamental changes in the political structure of the empire. Iran and the Ottomans, whose neighboring countries are important pages in the history of the East; Apart from tensions, they have also had deep bonds with each other. These links have crystallized in all kinds of cultural, economic, and political relationships, and in this book, an attempt has been made to depict the pages of the history of these relationships. Studying this work, which includes eight writings by Ottoman Iranians and reflecting their cultural and political efforts in that land; can provide useful information about the modernist actions of Iranians in the Ottoman Empire and the relations between the two countries.
