Productivity is the most important basis for a successful, progressive life and organizational meaning. An organization can live a healthy and dynamic life in difficult times when it has the necessary and sufficient productivity. Based on Islamic principles, the present research has presented a model that can turn organizational productivity from an idea and ideal into a reality and draw a bright path for organizational excellence. Organizational productivity is also affected by the organizational environment. This environment can be legal, political, social, economic, and cultural. Organizational productivity cannot be achieved without considering the laws governing a country, region, and organizational geography.

بهره‌وری مهم‌ترین مبنا در زندگی موفقیت‌آمیز، پیش‌رونده و مانای سازمانی است. یک سازمان زمانی می‌تواند در گردونه دشوار ایام، زندگی سالم و پویا داشته باشد که از بهره‌وری لازم و کافی برخوردار باشد. تحقیق حاضر با ابتنا بر مبانی اسلامی، الگویی ارائه داده است که می‌تواند بهره‌وری سازمانی را از ایده و آرمان بودن به واقعیت تبدیل کند و مسیر درخشانی را برای تعالی سازمانی ترسیم نماید. بهره‌وری سازمانی متاثر از محیط سازمانی نیز هست. این محیط می تواند قانونی، سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی باشد. بهره‌وری سازمانی نمی تواند بدون ملاحظه قوانین حاکم بر یک کشور و منطقه و جغرافیای سازمانی باشد.
