کتاب أصول الحکم فی نظام العالم تألیف حسن کافی بوسنوی (د.1025هـ) از مهمترین آثار نگاشته شده در زمینۀ اصول حکومتداری اسلامی و نقد و بررسی علل رشد و ضعف نظام اسلامی در عصر عثمانی است. نویسنده که یکی از علمای بنام ماتریدی مذهب بوسنی و هرزگوین میباشد، آثار متعددی در زمینۀ کلام، ادبیات عرب، اصول فقه، منطق و علم لغت به زبان عربی نوشته است. کتاب أصول الحکم فی نظام العالم از جمله آثار معدودی در منطقۀ بالکان است. که توجه بسیاری از اندیشمندان اروپایی را به خود جلب نموده و تحقیقات متعددی دربارۀ آن به زبانهای بوسنیایی، صرب و کرواتی، مجاری، ترکی، عربی و آلمانی نوشته شده است.
