اینکه فلسفه‌ی پراکسیس به خود به شیوه‌ای تاریخی گرا می نگرد یعنی به عنوان مرحله‌ای گذرا از اندیشه‌ی فلسفی، نه تنها به طور ضمنی در تمام نظام آن مندرج است. بلکه در این تز مشهور مارکس نیز صراحت کامل دارد که پیشرفت تاریخی در یک نقطه‌ی مشخص با گذار از قلمروی ضرورت به قلمروی آزادی شناخته خواهد شد. تمام فلسفه های تا کنون موجود (نظام های فلسفی) نمودهایی از تضادهایی درونی بوده اند که جامعه را دچار شکاف می کنند. اما هر نظام فلسفه‌ای به خوری خود بیان آگاهانه‌ی این تضادها نبوده است. زیرا این بیان را تنها مجموعه‌ی نظام ها ی فلسفی در تعارض با یکدیگر می توانند فراهم آورند.
