Therefore, the most significant purpose of creating this forum is to provide advice to the government bodies, to improve the quality of the government and government services and the public policy process, by using the precious experiences accumulated by each member and this non-governmental organization, so that people and citizens can To have a safe life, be satisfied with their lives and as a result the rulers. In addition to predicting specialized commissions corresponding to the duties of public institutions such as the government and parliament and the Expediency Recognition Council, the assembly came to the conclusion that currently the most important problem of Shahr-Vandan is the problem of unemployment, and therefore he invited several members whose respective ministries have had and have more affinity with employment to participate in interviews with the Research Institute of Science and Technology of Sharif University of Technology and explore the category of employment and unemployment. It is one of the important experiences and achievements in the policy field. Although recording experiences in the oral history method and converting the tacit knowledge of officials into explicit knowledge at high levels of management and policy-making has a long history in the world, unfortunately, in our country, after nearly four decades, this issue is still receiving serious attention. has not been Also, in this regard, specialized centers have been formed and are being formed in the world, among which we can mention the Kennedy School of Harvard University and the Brookings think tank, which is recognized as one of the top think tanks in the world in the latest report on think tanks and civil societies at the University of Pennsylvania. It should also be noted that in addition to recording the experiences of presidents, the Kennedy School also has the experience of examining the performance of policymakers at the level of ministers. To solve the above challenge, in the month of 2016, a project titled "Documenting the Experiences and Knowledge of the Ministers of the Islamic Republic Periods of Iran" was defined by Engineers Gholamreza Shafei and Alireza Hamzaei, and its implementation was carried out by the "Science, Technology, and Industry Policy Research Institute of Sharif University of Technology" " was assigned and this auspicious movement began.
