The book "Institutional Rationality" is the first book in Persian language in a specific, focused, in-depth and comprehensive way and with a simple expression on the concept of "Economic Rationality". It deals with its various aspects, features and functions, and also examines how institutions influence human decisions and behaviors from the perspective of institutional economics. In this book, it is shown that the fundamental principle of the rationality of agents, which is the basis of all economic models and theories, has its shortcomings and strengths, which in recent decades has been the subject of controversy between different schools of economics as well as other fields of social sciences, and many thinkers have tried to have presented a new concept of rationality.

کتاب « عقلانیت نهادی» نخستین کتابی است که به زبان پارسی به صورت خاص، متمرکز، ژرف‌نگرانه و همه‌جانبه و با بیانی ساده به مفهوم « عقلانیت اقتصادی». وجوه مختلف، ویژگی‌ها و کارکردهای آن می‌پردازد و همچنین چگونگی اثرگذاری نهادها بر تصمیم‌ها و رفتارهای انسان را از دیدگاه اقتصاد نهادی بررسی می‌کند. در این کتاب نشان داده می‌شود که اصل بنیادی عقلانیت عاملان، که اساس تمام مدل‌ها و نظریه‌های اقتصادی است، چه کاستی‌ها و نقاط قوتی دارد که دهه‌های اخیر محل مناقشه میان مکاتب مختلف علم اقتصاد و همچنین سایر حوزه‌های علوم اجتماعی بوده‌ است و بسیاری از متفکران سعی بر ارائه مفهوم جدیدی از عقلانیت داشته‌اند.
