There are 52 chapters, completely independent of each other, that form a true guide to achieving personal and professional fulfillment, with several examples that prove Napoleon Hill's theory: “Practical dreamers have always been and will always be the standard-setters of civilization”. There are also appendices with selections of the pearls of wisdom written in the 1937 book, with comments by the author – who analyzes the success of personalities such as Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, and Walt Disney – as well as Andrew Carnegie, Hill's great inspiration, who knew nothing about the real steel production process and, even so, created an empire in this area.
