The design and description of various hermeneutic methods in Iran has grown significantly in the last two decades, and researchers in various fields of humanities have tried to understand, explain, and apply various hermeneutic approaches and concepts. In general, different divisions have been made for hermeneutic methods, with different credits; For example, according to the validity of different historical periods (modern classic), according to the validity of the domain (general, specific and philosophical), according to the validity of the approach (methodological, phenomenological, philosophical, etc.), and... accordingly, one of the important approaches Hermeneutics, which is considered to be the most important and influential contemporary hermeneutic approach, is the philosophical hermeneutics represented by Gadamer and Ricoeur. Gadamer is Heidegger's student and he opened his reflections on this topic in his famous work: Truth and Method. According to him, in the field of understanding, the truth cannot be achieved simply by presenting a methodical mechanism. Gadamer stated that his concern is not to present a method for understanding, but to describe what happens in the event of understanding. "History" and "language" are the two keywords of his hermeneutics.
