The upcoming book seeks to analyze the fundamental principles of foreign investment law and the way these principles are interpreted and implemented in international investment courts and arbitration tribunals in recent years. In this book, we will discuss the extent to which the legal procedure of arbitration decisions should pay attention to other conflicting principles of international law contained in other international treaties when interpreting the rules of foreign investment law and the practice of governments, including bilateral investment treaties and free trade agreements, and the expansion and development of this area of law and providing protection to foreign investors. Our goal is to examine the way of transformation and change of foreign investment rights in the past years and decades in response to the economic and political realities of the world and the effects of new trends and currents in foreign investment rights on the general policy goals of capital-first and investable countries. In this way, we will analyze the current challenges facing this branch of law and how to deal with them in the general framework of international law.
