The principle of non-intervention is the logical result of the principles of sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of countries in modern international law. In Islam, the principle of non-interference through the primary sources of the Qur'an and the Sunnah and through the principles and rules derived from the primary sources such as; Justice, peace, the negation of mustache, retirement, mutual behavior, and non-dominance of one person over another, as well as in the light of metatextual or pre-jurisprudential foundations such as; The foundation of wisdom, the region of al-Faragh, government rulings and the purposes of the Sharia are confirmed and strengthened. In the current structure of the international community, the strengthening of the principle of non-intervention is evaluated for the benefit of the international community as well as Islamic societies.
