The present book is dedicated to examining and evaluating the social dimensions of bureaucracy in five chapters. The author discusses and criticizes the concept of "pure bureaucracy" from Max Weber's point of view, and examines its various uses with a historical overview of different civilizations of the ancient world until today. In addition, it provides a critique and analysis of the new theories of bureaucracy. Ancient Bureaucracies, "Rome and Byzantium", "Bureaucracy and the Creation of Europe", "Capitalism and Socialism and Bureaucracy" and "What is Bureaucracy and What is its future" are the main titles of the book. According to the author, "Bureaucracy not only covers the previous distinctions between capitalism and communism but also serves as the point of connection between Western industrial civilization and empires. It has also been considered ancient and the agricultural societies of the East. In this sense, it seems that the bureaucracy, while dominating and dominating the situation of our day and future, has also shaped the past.
