This book is about social security systems and in a more general sense about the concept of social welfare itself and all the mechanisms, strategic thoughts and views that have been based on this concept for more than a century. But the central question that this book raises is not among the usual questions in this field. More precisely, in this book, the question is not which people should be covered by social welfare programs; To what extent and in what interval? They should be helped at some point; And finally, how to measure the eligibility of people to receive these aids. The question of this book is about how to provide welfare services, and the key word in this question is the word respect.
