Looking toward the world from cultural aspect and considering a determinative role for that in universal relations against other fundamental phenomena, can be considered as more comprehensive and factual view toward culture. The view which we remind in the present book as the nature of life of the society and rely on it, when there is a talk over the culture of a society, it means formation of the whole life of the society such as the phenomenon of economy. Today, there are less societies that don't believe achieving multilateral development, is depended on cultural factor, and this is what we have tried to propound from various aspects in the present book.

نگرش به جهان از بعد پديده فرهنگي و قائل گشتن نقش تعيين كننده براي آن در روابط جهاني در برابر ديگر پديده هاي اساسي را به اعتباري مي توان نگرشي جامع تر و واقع بينانه تر به پديده فرهنگ به شمار آورد. نگرشي كه ما از آن در اين كتاب با عنوان جانمايه زندگي جامعه ياد كرده و بر آن تكيه داشته ايم كه وقتي سخن از فرهنگ يك جامعه در ميان است، به اين معني خواهد بود كه همه كليت زندگي جامعه از جمله پديده اقتصاد را تشكيل مي دهد. امروز كمتر جامعه اي را مي توان سراغ داشت كه براي دستيابي به توسعه همه جانبه، تكيه بر عامل فرهنگي را اساس كار نداند. اين سخني است كه كوشيده ايم تا در اين كتاب از زواياي مختلف بدان بپردازيم
