Rasheed’s parents decide to move him to a new and better school. Rasheed however, is very anxious about a number of things; will his old friends forget him? Will he make new friends in the new school? What if the new teacher and the children are mean? Rasheed then goes with his mother to visit the new school and surprisingly, his anxiety turns into enthusiasm. He finds his classroom very exciting and meets a new boy right away and befriends him. Everything is New is a story designed to encourage children to accept change and see the positive side of new beginnings.
