کشور ما ایران، دارای یکی از تمدن های قدیمی در جهان است. این در حالی است که بشریت در هزارۀ سوم و روابط جدید بین الملل قرار دارد. مجموعۀ «تمدن های بزرگ جهان» به منظور آشنا کردن نسل نوجوان و جوان با تمدن های بزرگ جهان و ایجاد تفاهم بیش تر با سایر ملت ها و امید بستن به آینده ای روشن، تهیه شده است، آینده ای که در آن، انسان ها به خاطر گوهر ارزشمند و خدایی فطرت خود مورد احترام باشند و برای ساختن دنیایی طلح آمیز، با نشاط و معنوی بکوشند.
