A fact in the history and civilization of the Islamic world is that the more we move away from the power center of the Arab caliphate, whether during the Umayyad period or the Abbasid caliphate, the more freedom of action and opinion there was for the Muslim. Most of the intellectual and practical actions in the land of Khorasan which are actually the farthest areas from Baghdad and other Arab lands. The numerous and repeated uprisings of Iranians against the Arab tyranny and its inhuman values in the first two centuries and the joining of the masses of people to these uprisings prove this issue. is

یک واقعیت در تاریخ و تمدن دنیای اسلام این است که هرچه از مرکز قدرت خلافت عربی چه در دوره بنی امیه و چه خلافت بنی عباس دورتر می شویم آزادی عمل و عقیده بیشتری برای مسلمان وجود داشته است.بیشترین کنش های فکری و عملی در سرزمین خراسان که درواقع دورترین مناطق به بغداد و دیگر سرزمین های عربی هستند اتفاق افتاد.قیام های پر تعداد و تکرار ایرانیان بر علیه استبداد عربی و ارزش گذاری های غیر انسانی آن در دو سده نخست و پیوستن خیل عظیم توده های مردم بهاین قیام ها موید این مسئله است.
