This book is compiled in four chapters, in the first part of this treatise, the author talks about the events and ideas, and in the second part, he presents an analysis of the process of modernization and its result, which is the emergence of modernity. The focus of this article is on the era that began with the Iran-Russia wars and ended in 1979. What has happened in Iran since then is so close to us that any evaluation of it cannot have any scientific value.
