With astonishing speed, low cost, and acceptable economic justification, electronic contracts replaced traditional contracts and spread with incredible speed. One of the most fundamental discussions in this regard is the conclusion of the contract, the validity, and validity of these contracts; Are the basic elements and conditions of the contract available in the aforementioned contracts, and what is its effect on the time and place of the contract? To what extent are the contracts concluded in this virtual space with respect to the various methods of concluding the contract, especially the contracts concluded by the intelligent system and without the intervention of human will, have legal validity?
