A journal by a depressing patient who told all her memories and experiences while getting therapy for 7 years. She had to fight with the understanding, mind, thought and self-emotion until getting better. With this journal, she hopes it can be a friend to anyone who is dealing with depression syndrome. Moreover, there are health knowledge and answers from the psychologist that will be useful to the patients and anyone who is closed to persons with this syndrome.
