1.      Credit Card

You can pay your order by credit card. Choose the type of card that you have. Fill in your credit card number, the date the card is expired and the invoice number of your order (you’ll receive an invoice automatically by the system when you are finished with your orders; print out the invoice and save it). 

Our secure server will handle the credit card and if the card is approved, it will be charged.

Note! If your order is less than 25.- USD, you will be charged 5.- USD for administrative work.

2.      Money Order

You will receive an invoice automatically by the system when you are finished with your orders; print out the invoice and save it. At the payment time remember to fill in payment fee the invoice number, the order number and your name and address in order Ferdosi.com identify your payment.

3.      Credit

This is only available for Private customers inside Sweden and Company customers in Scandinavia.

After ordering, Private customers may have a credit for amount of maximum 50.- USD. In order to have any credit Private customer must give their civic registration number (social security number).

Company/Libraries/Schools customers have to give their Organization number (VAT-number).

Note! Credit will be give only to the customer who lives in Scandinavian countries.

Note! Discount is considered only for private customers.

Other Terms of Payment

• All orders must be prepaid before Ferdosi.com send the goods, except for Customer with credits.

• With delay in the payment will a penalty interest on arrears after current law (interest +18%) and a remainder fee on 5. - USD. 

• The system will calculate the post charges automatically depending to the location of the Customers, and will add it in the invoice.

• If your order is less than 25.- USD, you will be charged 5.- USD for administrative works.

• Exchange rate for selected currency is monthly average, taken from currency rate of the month issued by Sweden Custom Authority. 

Ordering

     1.  Ordering can be done only by e-mail, the Ferdosi.com Internet site.

2.  All communication between the parties must be done by e-mail. After the ordering the customer is committed to carefully watch their e-mail.

3.  The conclusive contract of sale comes into force at that time Ferdosi.com through e-mail has confirmed the order.

4.  The customer has the right to cancel the order by e-mail in 24 hours.

5.  Canceling the order Ferdosi.com will take a compensation fee on 50% of the value on the ordered goods and the compensation for the delivery expenses that have incurred in the case of ordering.

Delivery

1. Delivery occurs normally after 1 - 5 weeks.

2. If there should be any delay in the estimated time of delivery, Ferdosi.com will as soon as possible notifies the customer.

Returned goods

1. The customer has the right to return correct deliveries within one week from the receiving date. Ferdosi.com has the right to take compensation fee on 50% of the value on the ordered goods and the compensation for the delivery expenses that have incurred in the case of ordering.

2. The return shall be procedure with no delay.

3. Returned items must be in original and new condition.

Reclaims

1. If any other items then the one that the customer has been ordering been delivered or the goods have been damaged, the customer must immediately make a complaint by e-mail describing the damage to Ferdosi.com.

2. Incorrect deliverance shall without any expenses for the customer be returned, and the return of the goods will be executed when the reclaim has been done.

Damage

Ferdosi.com does not have any responsibility for errors, or delays and damage that happens with the goods during the deliverance.

Others

1. After the delivery of customers order Ferdosi.com does not have any right to change the conditions.
